The villa's convenient location allows easy access to the coast and the picturesque hinterland, while a store and restaurant are just a short walk away. Porec is the tourist hotspot of the area, known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage and also offers sports facilities and gastronomic and entertainment amenities. The stunning Euphrasian Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. Sunsets in Porec are also worth seeing. The nearest beach is about 7 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, you have many different beaches to discover. Near Porec you will find one of the best water parks in Istria - Aqualandia, where a day of fun for the whole family is guaranteed. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as many opportunities to discover the small towns of Istria and their cultural and gastronomic specialties. If you want to explore central Istria, you must visit one of the charming hilltop towns such as Groznjan or Motovun and enjoy the view of the breathtaking surroundings.
