Guests can book an extended holiday from anwhere between 3 and 12 weeks, giving you the time and space to explore your chosen destination's culture, traditions and landscape as much as you would like. So whether you have fallen in love with a property or a location, or perhaps if you would simply like to escape the whole winter, you can do so now with NOVASOL.

The discount is very simple - pick a holiday home in one of our 3 lovely locations and the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets:
• Between 3 and 6 weeks: 25% discount
• Between 7 and 10 weeks: 30% discount
• Between 11 and 12 weeks: 50% discount

Things to remember when booking long term with NOVASOL
Please note, for stays over 4 weeks, the deposit will be increased by 100 Euro per person. The consumption costs are not included in the price and need to be paid on arrival. Please see Deposit/Prepayment Consumption costs for more details. If the final cleaning is mandatory, this must also be paid on arrival.
Arrival and departure needs to be within the following seasons:
Greece: E season
France: F season
Spain - Mainland and Majorca: F season
Spain - Costa del Sol / Marbella: D season
This offer is NOT valid on holiday homes in the Canary Islands.
