What you need to know about long-term rentals
For stays over 4 weeks, the deposit will be increased by 100 Euro per person. The consumption costs (electric, water, etc) are not included in the price and need to be paid on arrival. Please see Deposit/Prepayment Consumption costs for more details. If the final cleaning is mandatory, this must also be paid on arrival.
