Namur city
The capital city of Namur has the same name as the region itself. It is a small city and can easily be explored by foot. Feel the great atmosphere in the Old Town and explore the attractions, for example the the large St Aubin's Cathedral, the famous Walloon Parliament or the Citadel of Namur, perched on a hill. This Citadel is one of the largest in Europe. In this city you can also find a great selection of boutiques, restaurants and shopping street with high street brands.

Namur regipn has some top attractions, easy to reach from your holiday home. In the village of Orchimont in the Semois valley, you can visit a real buffalo ranch. The ranch features a Native American village and a saloon, where you can taste real buffalo meat. Close to the Cidatel of Namur you find amusement park Reine Fabiola. This park features a large playground, a climbing circuit and a miniature golf course. We also recommend a visit to one of the many breweries, something you should not miss during your holiday in Belgium!
Visit the famous caves of Han. Or the less well-known caves of Neptune in Couvin, where you can take an exciting boat trip along the underground river. You will be surprised with a phenomenal sound and light show. Another popular attractiion is the castle of Freÿr, where you can stroll through the wonderful gardens for an relaxed afternoon.
