In this district there are many mountain lakes and forests rich in fish with plenty of berries and mushrooms that you can pick freely. The river Tovdalselva is also a good fishing river with opportunities for salmon fishing in the lower part of the river (fishing licence required). Here you are surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with waterfalls, streams and lush vegetation. There is great hiking terrain in summer and groomed cross-country ski trails in winter. There is a gallery and shop selling local handicrafts in the grounds of the holiday home. 01.11.-30.04.: Either tyres with spikes or snow chains required.
