Cozy cottage with its own small plot and covered terrace in a quiet street in beautiful Skillinge on the coast in Österlen.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation ? a practical dining kitchen, cozy living areas and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping places are in the living room.

The house also includes a terrace where you can spend your vacation reading or having meals. The owners of the house live next to the cottage.

From the cottage it is only 300 meters to the sea. You will find good swimming opportunities at the pier in Skillinge harbor. Also visit the countless farm stores where you can buy meat, vegetables, spices, cheese and mustard. Simrishamn with beautiful alleys, cafes and restaurants is always worth a visit.
