There is a covered terrace area in front of the living room and the kitchen, which is excellently equipped for amateur chefs. The well-kept pool varies in depth between 1.20 metres and 2 metres and has a counter-current system. All around, you can find the best place to relax in the sun or in the shade of trees and parasols, soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere and, above all, enjoy the marvellous view of Artà. In addition to the blue-tiled pool, the brick-built outdoor shower is a particular eye-catcher in this area.
