A lovely holiday home in a stunning, unspoilt archipelago setting, right by the sea.
Here you’ll find a quiet and peaceful environment. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the archipelago bay. There are over 10,000 islands here, ideal for swimming and even for keen anglers. Wildlife sightings include white-tailed eagles, moose and roe deer, which you can see every day from the house. Situated near the St. Anna archipelago and Söderköping. The sauna may be used by arrangement with the owner. S09278 approx. 50 m, S09323 approx. 300 m. A deposit is required for a boat/motor. Net fishing is not permitted. You are not permitted to bring your own boat or motor. The reasons for this are lack of space and damage to the lawn, as the boat would have to be driven across it.
The owner explains: Knåtebo Farm dates back to the 20th century and has evolved from a rural farm into holiday accommodation. The original inhabitants were involved in fish farming and agriculture; the fields were grazed by cows, pigs and goats. From 1973 onwards, the farm was tastefully converted, preserving the original style of the barn, smithy and farmhouse whilst still modernising them.
Please note: The holiday home is situated on hilly terrain. It is a walk of approximately 150 to 200 metres from the car park to the house.
