Description

This ground floor holiday apartment was renovated in 2012. The apartment has its own entrance and is modern and stylishly decorated. This holiday home also has a large, private garden right outside. You have a panoramic view of the sea both from the garden as well as from the apartment. Nearby you have a nice playground for your children. The apartment is a good base for excursions to the hills of Skamlingsbanken where you have a good view of the Little Belt Bridge. Kolding is the perfect place, if you want to explore the city. It is located just 25 km away from the holiday property. In addition to pedestrian zones there is also the mall Kolding Storcentre (Kolding Storcenter) located to the north of the city. Central heating is included during the period 1st September to 30th April. The friendly owner also lives in the house and is happy to advise and help. The fireplace in the apartment is just for decoration purpose.
