Description

This nicely renovated holiday home overlooking a valley is located in the beautiful village of Somme-Leuze. Enjoy all the comforts that this holiday home offers. The cosy living room has a flat-screen TV and a large dining table. Four of the five bedrooms have a sink. The fully-equipped kitchen has a cooking island, a ceramic hob, two refrigerators and a freezer. Here you can cook or make delicious barbecue dishes along with your family and friends. In addition to an ordinary coffee machine, a Senseo machine is also available. Three vacuum cleaners are available in the house. The house owner also has two additional electric hotplates. After an active day in the Ardennes, you can relax in the relaxation room, which is separated by a glass door from the hall. It has a sauna and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The house also has a table tennis table. The large garden has a patio with an umbrella, a terrace with awning and a garden pavilion. The house provides oil central heating, the consumption costs are exclusive. A holiday in the Ardennes is not complete without a visit to Durbuy, which is considered to be the smallest town in the world. This town with old streets and authentic shops is only 5 km away from the holiday home. You can also visit the caves of Hotton, 9 km away from the holiday home. Three of the villages on the official list of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia are located near the house. These are the villages of Chardeneux (6 km), Wéris (17 km) and Ny (19 km). In Huy (30 km) and Liege (44 km), you can enjoy the lively city atmosphere and also go shopping.
