Well maintained and well furnished apartment in Ostend, only 200 m from the sea. The cozy living room is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen has a Senseo and a regular coffee maker. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can reach the large balcony, equipped with garden and lounge furniture. On the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ostend golf course. This apartment offers digital cable TV. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, an elevator is available. Parking on the street for a fee. The apartment has a storage room for bicycles. You can rent bicycles in the vicinity. Nearby restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance.
Despite the small population, the port city of Ostend is very lively and full of entertainment, it is only 35 kilometers from the Dutch border. It is a good idea to visit the Kursaal after a nice day at the beach, where you will find entertainment, variety and excitement in the concert hall, restaurant and great casino. There are excellent shopping opportunities in Ostend, such as in the famous Chapel Street. Some cultural treasures, including the open-air museum Atlantikwall, the museum ship Amandine, the church of St. Peter and Paul, Fort Napoleon and the former, royal summer residence are definitely worth a visit. With your children you can go to the cinema or visit an indoor playground.
During your stay you can also visit the nearby towns of Bredene, De Haan and De Panne. In Ostend you will enjoy a varied vacation and this apartment offers an excellent base for this. This apartment is also ideal if you are looking for accommodation near the popular Afro Caribbean Festival, which is held annually in August in Bredene, not far from Ostend.
