The holiday home, built in 2010 in Scandinavian log cabin style, stands on a 2500 square metre, separate plot for sole use in the village. It extends over two living levels and is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC, washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed 1.40 m, 1 x double sofa bed 1.40 m, sofa bed and balcony). The house has electric heating (energy costs according to consumption) and a fireplace in the living room (incl. firewood). A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for small children. Outside there is a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue and a garage for parking or storing bicycles. The beautifully landscaped property with numerous fruit trees is completely fenced in with a hunter's fence. The total price includes bed linen (if without pets), towels, final cleaning and water consumption. Energy according to consumption. Bartelshagen is a small village in the municipality of Saal between the towns of Ribnitz-Damgarten (approx. 18 km) and Barth (approx. 16 km) just a few kilometres from the Saaler Bodden, part of the Darß-Zingster-Bodden chain. The region around the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is ideal for sailing and surfing. Nature lovers and birdwatchers will also get their money's worth, as many migratory birds, especially cranes, stop off in the region in spring and autumn.
