From the balcony of this newly furnished apartment situated in a serene forest, you have a wonderful view of a private lake. The apartment is only 3 km away from the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck, which offers you a wide range of cultural opportunities. The rooms are comfortable and contemporarily furnished and the new pellet heating spreads out pleasant warmth on cooler days in winter. The apartment is equipped with a private garden with loungers and a brick barbecue. Just 20 metres away, you will find a small snack bar. Internet usage is provided against a charge. This is a quiet location near the forest and you can go hiking directly from the house. The landlord does not live in this house.
