Description

In idyllic tranquillity and a family atmosphere, away from the noise of the city, on a British longhorn farm, this one of two holiday apartments on the approx. 300 square metre fenced plot in the semi-detached house of a residential building built in 2017 is sustainably supplied by large-scale solar panels in the stable and barn. Guests can still experience real country life here; in addition to a rustic herd of suckler cows, chickens, sheep and goats of old breeds are kept in the extensive pastureland. Geese and cranes, among others, feel at home in the open forest and meadow landscape in front of the terrace or balcony. The quiet location of the apartments, slightly away from the village, is an ideal starting point for extensive cycling tours. The area also offers countless hiking trails, bathing spots and other excursion options for young and old. The two centrally heated non-smoking flats with separate entrances are located on the ground floor and first floor of the house and can be reached via a shared hallway. There is a living room (dining table, flat-screen TV), open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), bathroom (shower, WC) and balcony, second bedroom (double bed) on the top floor via an open staircase. Parking spaces, a barbecue, a cot and high chair on request and WLAN are also available. The total price includes final cleaning, water consumption, energy, bed linen and towels.

Groß Quassow is a small district of the municipality of Userin in the Mecklenburg Kleinseenland region and is located halfway (approx. 7 km) between the residential town of Neustrelitz on Lake Zierker See and the small town of Wesenberg, a recognised resort directly on Lake Woblitzsee. The Useriner See, a beautiful bathing area and fishing lake, and the Woblitzsee are both approx. 3 km from Groß Quassow and are part of the popular Upper Havel Waterway. The wooded and lake-rich region is ideal for hiking or cycling tours in unspoilt nature and is a popular destination for water hikers. Smaller shops and a restaurant can be found in Userin, while other restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, boat moorings, cultural facilities, bike and boat hire can be found in Neustrelitz or Wesenberg.
