Description

In idyllic tranquillity and a family atmosphere, away from the noise of the city, on a British Longhorn farm, there are two holiday apartments for 2 and 4 people on the approx. 300 sqm fenced property in the semi-detached house of a residential building built in 2017. They are sustainably powered by large-scale solar panels on the stable and barn, where guests can still experience real country life up close alongside a rustic herd of suckler cows, chickens, sheep and goats of old breeds are kept in extensive pasture farming. Geese and cranes, among others, feel at home in the open forest and meadow landscape in front of the terrace or balcony. The quiet location of the apartments, slightly away from the village, is an ideal starting point for extensive cycling tours. The area also offers countless hiking trails, bathing spots and other excursions for adults and children.
This centrally heated, non-smoking flat with separate entrance is located on the ground floor (40 sqm) of the house and can be reached via a shared hallway. The apartment is equipped with a living room, sitting area with upholstered suite (dining table, flat screen TV), open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), bathroom (shower, WC) and terrace. Parking spaces, barbecue, cot and high chair on request and W-LAN are also available.
The total price includes final cleaning, water consumption, energy, bed linen and towels. One pet is allowed in the apartment. Multiple pets require the owner's consent before booking.

Groß Quassow is a small district of the municipality of Userin in the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte and is located in the middle (approx. 7 km each) between the residential town of Neustrelitz on the Zierker See and the small town of Wesenberg, a recognised resort directly on the Woblitzsee.the Useriner See, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake and also the Woblitzsee are both approx. 3 km away from Groß Quassow and form part of the popular Upper Havel Waterway. The wooded and lake-rich region is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in undisturbed nature and is a popular destination for water hikers.Smaller shopping facilities and a restaurant can be found in Userin, other restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, jetties, cultural facilities, bike and boat hire in Neustrelitz or Wesenberg.
