Description

Welcome to the Bollwark residence, where holiday dreams come true! The holiday apartment bolliwerk10 promises not only a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, but also an incomparable holiday feeling characterised by dog-friendliness, hospitality, atmosphere and warmth. Dogs are very welcome here and can stay free of charge.

The location of this unique 2-room apartment is literally on the Baltic Sea. The endless horizon stretches out before your eyes, while the Schlei, Germany's longest estuary, flows into the Baltic Sea off Olpenitz. In summer, the white sails of boats dance on the glittering water, and bolliwerk10 offers a fantastic view of the harbour basin, the beach and the vast blue of the Baltic Sea. Just 250 metres away you will find the small bathing bay of the Baltic Sea resort.

The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people, but ideal for 2 people to enjoy maximum comfort. The living room invites you to cosy evenings with a fold-out sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The view from all the windows in the bedroom and the living room captures the magic of the Baltic Sea as you enter a world of relaxation. The living rooms are equipped with TVs, including Sky Sport channels, to keep you entertained.

A floor-to-ceiling shower awaits you in the bathroom, while the bedroom has a home office corner so you can stay connected while on holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to conjure up culinary creations. A special highlight: the freezer compartment is ideal for BARF supplies so that your four-legged companion is also well catered for on holiday. Dog blankets, bowls and dog cushions are available free of charge.

The apartment is barrier-free and easily accessible by lift to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Here, luxury and comfort merge to create a harmonious overall experience. Not only does it impress with its modern amenities, it also offers an additional benefit in the form of an underground parking space with a generous height of 2.05 metres.

Our favourite spot: watching the sunset and porpoises with our dogs from the fenced-in balcony.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
