Description

Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday accommodation impresses with its spaciousness, a fantastic sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei) and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace.

The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large whirlpool bathtub with sea view are available for relaxing after a walk on the beach.

The living and dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Whether it's a romantic candlelight dinner or a cosy barbecue. Harbour cinema and fantastic views of the sun are guaranteed. The living area offers a view of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord.

On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere - a true spectacle of nature on the Schlei when ducks, geese and swans wake up.

The living room is cosy and invites you to enjoy a cosy seating area by the fireplace on rainy days.

The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the harbour. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. A further sleeping area (1.45 x 1.50 m) is located on the sofa bed and is only suitable for one child.

A further shower room on the first level provides additional comfort.

This holiday property is a maisonette flat. There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.

Our favourite spot: live up to the name of this holiday accommodation and make yourself comfortable on the terrace with a view of the water and harbour. There's no better place in the world to unwind. BlueLounge feeling.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
