The south-facing terrace directly on the water promises sun all day long, while the private wellness area with large Finnish sauna and free-standing bathtub with sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei) ensures pure holiday luxury. The property is not fenced in towards the water.

And when the Baltic Sea shows its temperament, you can watch the water scenery from the cosy sofa with the crackling open fire in the background. The underfloor heating ensures cosy comfort at any time of year.

The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.
