Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the waterfront, the banks of the Schlei and passing sailing boats make holiday hearts beat faster. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. The solid dining table with stylish chairs, which provide refreshing colour accents, as well as a comfortable seating area with a view of the water, invite you to slow down together. On the adjoining terrace, right on the idyllic banks of the Schlei, you can spoil your loved ones with a barbecue or relax in a beach chair and watch the goings-on on the Schlei.

Two bedrooms with TV offer space for four adults and provide access to the second terrace, which is south-facing and promises all-day sunshine.

The large bathroom makes wellness hearts beat faster, as it has a whirlpool bath and a sauna (infrared cabin).

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can park them conveniently in their own storage room directly in front of the house.
