Description

On the outskirts of Fuhlendorf, only approx. 300 m from a small natural beach on the Bodden and approx. 800 m from the neighboring village of Bodstedt with its harbor, restaurants and beach, the small vacation apartment for 2 persons is located in an outbuilding at the rear of the owner's residential property. (There is also a small vacation home on the property - DZV531)
The approx. 30 m² non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2020, has a separate entrance and is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (sofa bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio), a mini kitchen (dining table, electric hotplates, fridge with freezer, mini oven, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). It has insect screens on the windows and additional heating.
There is also a small terrace, parking space and free W-LAN. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. Pets are not allowed. To be paid on site: Spa tax, laundry package (if desired).

Fuhlendorf is located south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst and the small town of Barth are approx. 12 km away. There are two restaurants, shops (mini-shop), bicycle and boat hire and a tennis court in the village, as well as a surf school and several riding stables in the area. The region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe and offers impressive natural spectacles every year in spring and fall. Thanks to the very well-developed network of cycle paths, the area is ideal for exploring by bike.
