Centrally but quietly located in Altenkirchen, this non-smoking vacation apartment for up to 3 people is located on the first floor of the residential building on a plot of approx. 2,000 m² and was completely renovated in 2021. There are shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh is about 2 km away.

The approx. 70 square meter centrally heated apartment with separate access has a large living room (sofa bed for 1 person, dining table, flat screen TV, radio-CD player), a bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), a kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), hallway and bathroom (shower, toilet). There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, parking space, bicycle storage, sun loungers and areas in the garden.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Pets are not allowed.

The village of Altenkirchen is centrally located on the Wittow peninsula in the north of Germany's largest island, Rügen. The Baltic seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh with its beautiful Baltic Sea beach and wide range of leisure activities is approx. 2 km away, the historic village of Wiek and the Wieker Bodden with good fishing opportunities approx. 5 km and the popular excursion destination Cape Arkona approx. 8 km away.in the village itself there are restaurants, shops, a petrol station and bicycle rental.
