Description

This beautiful house built in typical Ardenser style, is located in the village of Sclassin, near Wellin (12 km) and Beauraing (20 km). The building accommodates 3 apartments and a duplex. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. Each apartment has a private terrace, and a shared garden with a trampoline. Some places of interest nearby include - a forest, a riding school (6 km), the stalactite caves in Han-sur-Lesse (18 km), mini golf (Gedinne) and an indoor swimming pool in Givet (25 km). When renting to companies, it is obligatory to rent the linen.
