This thatched half-timbered house dates from the 18th century and is situated in the first row to the water on the Belt of Langeland.
The beach is directly in front of the house - separated only by a gravel path - you can walk from the house to the beach in your bathrobe. The house has a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing. The building is divided into two apartments (G10973 and G10974), both of which are rented as vacation apartments with a shared plot and parking space.
In the town of Spodsbjerg there is a mini golf course, an ice cream parlor and a fish store. The cozy market town of Rudkøbing is 9 km from Spodsbjerg. In Rudkøbing there is good shopping, restaurants and street cafes and several small specialty stores. You also have the opportunity to experience local art throughout the island - several artists:inside have open workshops where you can see and buy their beautiful works - both ceramics, jewelry and paintings.
