Villa Masi is a beautiful, restored historic villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday in Istria for a group of 6 guests. The exterior and interior of the villa, with their stone walls, contribute to its antique charm and evoke a sense of nostalgia for times gone by. On the ground floor of Villa Masi, you’ll find an open-plan living room with a dining table for six people and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa with a television. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a further two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed on request. If you climb the stairs, you will eventually reach the attic, which houses a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The villa’s outdoor area is very spacious and features a lovely swimming pool for a refreshing dip, as well as sun loungers. The Mediterranean plants surrounding the courtyard add to the villa’s overall charm. This villa is situated in the small village of Kurili in the municipality of Kanfanar, in the heart of Istria. Here you’ll find the medieval ruins of Dvigrad and the unspoilt natural beauty of Lim Bay, as well as numerous archaeological sites. This region is considered the home of the Istrian ox, which was once on the verge of extinction, and ‘Fuzi’ – the queen of Istrian pasta. The Istrian ox and Fuzi are a central feature of Kanfanar’s biggest event – Jakovlje – where you can experience Istria as it once was.
