There are also golf holes for training chip and input, golf equipment and balls are available. The house is close to nature, so you can experience deer and many exciting bird species here at dusk. There is public transport to and from Oslo if you don't want to drive. Otherwise, it's a short walk to a small harbour and child-friendly beaches, perfect for enjoying the sea on holiday.

There are several restaurants with outdoor seating, a marina and a beach. From here you can also take a boat trip to Strømstad in Sweden or go island hopping in the Hvaler archipelago. Norway's sixth largest city, Fredrikstad, is a 20-minute drive from the house. Here you can stroll through the old town and the historic fortifications from the 17th/18th century.
