Description

The 60 sqm holiday apartment for max. 3 people is located separately on the upper floor of a new residential/holiday home built in 2014, just 500 m from the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 8 km away. The apartment was completely modernised in 2018. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function - extra bed for 1 person, flat screen TV, hi-fi system), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), a furnished balcony and shower/WC. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. A swimming pool and a whirlpool can be used in the outdoor area for a fee. Car park directly in front of the house. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.

Neppermin is a beautifully situated village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic Sea resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. There are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, promenade, boat and bicycle hire, children's playground, barbecue and campfire site and horse riding facilities on the shore. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
