Description

This light and cheerful 2 bedroom holiday apartment is situated in the complex of El Puente 3, in the hillside urbanisation of Calahonda. The complex offers a large pool area with 2 pools within one. The complex is just 300m from a bar and restaurant and just 3km from all the facilities of Calahonda including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, golf, tennis club and the beach. There is a bus line that services the complexes within Calahonda, using running from Monday to Friday down to the coast road and shops.
The lower ground apartment arranged over one floor and is accessed by stairs. There is a spacious lounge with a separate dining area. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility terrace. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs and a desk. The lounge area is furnished with 2 sofas, an open fireplace, TV and HiFi system and leads out onto the covered terrace. The south-east facing terrace is fitted with glass windows which can be closed for the winter months enabling use of the terrace all year round.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, built in wardrobes and has access to the terrace and benefits from an en suite shower room. The guest bedroom is fitted with built in wardrobes and has use of the guest shower room.
