Description

This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is located in the prestigious area of Puerto Duquesa in the complex of Marina de Castillo, situated just 80m from the beach front. The complex offers a large communal swimming pool and direct access from the pool area to the beach.

This area of the Costa del Sol offers two blue flag beaches dotted with beach restaurants and bars, Puerto Duquesa offers tranquillity and peace as well as boasting a myriad of facilities including sophisticated dining opportunities, bars, a supermarket and other essential services such as banks and boutique shops.
The marina is fantastic for people and yacht watching, as well as offering opportunities to partake in the available water sports and boat trips.
If staying on land is preferable, there are some wonderful golf courses to tackle and expansive countryside to discover.
