This modern and minimalistic Villa Dol Hills Estate is located on the northern side of the island of Brač. The island has rich cultural and historical heritage and a natural beauty out of which the most popular is the white sand beach of Zlatni rat. The island is also known for its famous stone called „Brač stone, used for the construction of many notable buildings. Many interesting towns and villages can be explored by car on scooter or by bike.
The off-grid villa Dol Hills Estate, is located in the small village of Postira, known for its ciborium of the early Christian Basilica (Lovrečina Bay) and the church of St. John the Baptist.
The road leading to the villa is macadam and it is necessary to come with tall cars for easier access to the property.
This luxurious villa, surrounded by untouched nature, offers the wonderful panoramic view to the see and the coast side and is harmoniously blended with the environment. The villa has optimum capacity of 6 people and maximum guest capacity of 10 people. The living space of 243 m2 consists of 3 bedrooms out of which 2 have king size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together. Also, there are available 2 pull-out couches, that serve as extra beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilette. One of the bedrooms also has a bathtub, while one separate toilette is available in the basement of the villa.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen is connected with a dining area and living room, creating one large and comfortable area with a lot of daylight and stunning view. The living room provides 4 K UHD TV, Sound System and also a fireplace.
This villa is also equipped with solar panels, therefore is completely energetically self-sufficient. The special offer of the villa includes a movie room, spa-area with sauna and shower and also an outdoor jacuzzi. The Yard of the villa offers a 40m2 heated swimming pool with salt water surrounded by sun loungers. In the yard can also be found olive trees, vineyard as well as a fruit and vegetable garden.

Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
