The kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay, and a comfortable and harmoniously decorated living room, are perfect for a pleasant gathering with a terrace and a garden area of 620 m2 with trampoline.
In a landscaped garden that is fully fenced, there is a 40 m2 heated swimming pool inside which is a smaller heated 6 m2 pool for children. There are also 4 parking spaces available to guests. Guests will also have four bicycles at their disposal, three for adults and one kids bicycle.
The entire Villa is covered with Wi-Fi internet for a worry-free surfing internet from all rooms. There is a boat at your disposal as well, anchored in port Nin, distanced 1km from the villa.
