The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area with a comfortable corner sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also located on this floor. The other two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a covered terrace are located on the first floor.
