Villa Luvi is located in the charming and picturesque little village of Mrgani, near the town of Rovinj. This is an old Istrian country house that has been renovated so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. The villa has 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a chic modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. As the first floor is designed as an open-plan living area, the cozy sofas and TV are just a step away from the kitchen. Outside you will find an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, private parking for two cars and of course the best of all - a private pool where you will find refreshment during the hot summer days. Nothing more to say than - just enjoy!
