While enjoying the beaches, enjoy the boardwalk for a beautiful view, lined with palm trees, flowers, and clear skies.

While out during the day, there are many fun activities in the town to do, close to our villas in Fuengirola. Stop by the Fuengirola Central Mosque. It is a beautifully built structure with culture oozing from the vaulted and decorated ceilings inside.  Stop by the Monument for the Catholic Kings. The monument is a statue honoring Queen Isabella and her husband Ferdinand of Aragon. They began the history of Spain as a nation-state. Close to the statue is the Bioparc Fuengirola.

The park a naturalistic zoo with a jungle clearing. This zoo has spacious enclosures and treats its animals very well. It runs conservation and breeding programs as well as educational activities. The grounds also have a bat cave, a reptile enclosure, cafes and a large gift shop.

 Both animals and visitors are able to interact closer. For visitors, the Bioparc has adventurous pathways through constructed tropical forests. It has real-life vegetation and waterfalls. The Bioparc has a strong conservation focus. It has ethical enclosures for the animals without bars.

Our villas in Fuengirola are also close to Aquamijas. It's a kid-friendly water park with a wave pool, slides, and many play areas. After enjoying the parks Fuengirola has to offer, relax in the Plaza de la Constitución. The plaza boasts many amazing restaurants. Additionally our villas in Fuengirola provide close access to the town’s flea market. There are few places along the Costa del Sol where you can find a more diverse and varied flea market. The  town’s fair grounds have two weekly markets – on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tuesday’s market offers food, cheap clothing and Spanish products. For more vintage apparel, the Saturday market has much to offer.

Finally, our villas in Fuengirola are incredibly convenient for the ease of access for day trips in Andalucia. Malaga. The region’s second city is a quick taxi ride away. So is the tiny village of El Chorro. This is a great destination for hiking and cycling. It is also popular with rock climbers.
