Just a few steps away from the Woblitzsee lake, in a residential area, there is a holiday apartment for 2 people in the owner's house on his completely fenced residential property of around 1,200 square metres. (The property borders on the grounds of a school.) The Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs directly past the estate, the centre of Wesenberg with shops and restaurants is approx. 1,000 m away and the popular, beautiful beach on the Weißer See is approx. 2 km away.
The approx. 60 m² non-smoking flat, renovated in 2021, with separate entrance and underfloor heating has a living room (sofa set, flat-screen TV), a separate, large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining table, radio, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a large, sunny and furnished terrace, barbecue, a car parking space, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and, on request, a high chair and travel cot for children.

Wesenberg is a recognised recreation resort directly on the Woblitzsee, part of the popular Upper Havel Waterway, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Small Lakes Region. The town is characterised by countless lakes connected by small canals; a popular holiday destination for all water sports enthusiasts. As the south-eastern gateway to the Müritz National Park, the region is also an ideal starting point for extensive tours by bike or on foot, and the town's landmark is the castle built in the 13th century with the so-called Fangelturm tower, which now houses the tourist information centre. Wesenberg offers shopping facilities, restaurants, an open-air swimming pool, boat trips, canoe, boat and bike hire stations. The famous residential town of Neustrelitz and the small town of Mirow with its castle ensemble are both approx. 10 km away.
