Located directly at the marina of Waren (Müritz), two very tastefully and high-quality furnished holiday apartments for 2 people each are located on an approx. 800 sqm residential property with a charming inner courtyard in the owners' lavishly restored old town house. A stroll along the promenade with its various boat and ship moorings, restaurants and cafés offers a maritime flair, while the lively old town of Waren invites you to stroll and explore. The famous Müritz cycle route leads right past the house.
The approx. 60 m², centrally heated, non-smoking flat is located on the first floor of the main house, with a view of the harbour. It has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV with streaming services, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a modern bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer) and a small hallway. The bathroom leads to a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. In addition to free Wi-Fi, the lovingly landscaped courtyard with various seating, sunbathing, barbecue and bicycle storage facilities is available to all guests. Parking spaces (for a fee) are located approx. 400 m away, loading and unloading in front of the house is possible.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels (initial supply). To be paid on site: Car park (4 EUR/day), visitor's tax, flat rate for e-bike charging (if applicable) 10 EUR/bike/stay. Pets are not allowed in this holiday property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access in approx. 25 km.
