Description

The non-smoking holiday apartment is located separately on the upper floor in a renovated half-timbered house directly in Waren's old town. The harbour on the Müritz with numerous restaurants and cafés, the Müritzeum and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
The holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds that can be joined together, each with blackout blinds), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with bathtub and central heating. Each room is directly accessible from the hallway.
There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and a free car parking space (approx. 500 m from the apartment). A travel cot with bed linen and towels as well as a Pegperego high chair are available for small children. Wifi is also available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Waren (Müritz) is subject to visitor's tax.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
