The extraordinary holiday apartments are located on the first floor above the rooftops of the Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort. From here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the colourful harbour with its sailing and sports boats, the idyllic Schleimünde lighthouse and the glittering Baltic Sea.

You can easily reach the ground-floor holiday apartment by lift and via the staircase and then via the breathtaking 270 m2 rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is a paradise for relaxation and recreation and is available exclusively to the ROOFTOP Garden apartments for communal use. Each apartment also has its own balcony.

Your temporary home welcomes you in an elegant yet modern, stylish and casual way: an open-plan kitchen with a creative mural, an inviting living area with spectacular sea views and a fireplace as well as a private wellness area with a Finnish sauna and floor-level rain shower provide that certain something. A sensational sound experience is provided by the stereo music system from Meisterstück, which you can use flexibly both online and via Bluetooth. If you have your own games console with you, you can simply connect it.

You'll sleep well in ROOFTOP Garden, as the two bedrooms in this apartment guarantee restful nights with comfortable double beds, TVs and blackout facilities. Enjoy the unrivalled view of the water in the master bedroom as you fall asleep and wake up.

There is a carport for your car in front of the house. One parking space per apartment is provided. Further public car parking spaces are located directly opposite.

There is also space for your bicycles and accessories. A large, lockable communal storage room is available for this purpose on the ground floor.

Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
