Located directly on the idyllic landscape conservation area on the banks of the Schlei, this spacious holiday apartment boasts an unobstructed view of the water through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts, close proximity to nature and a private wellness area.

When the reeds on the banks of the Schlei sway gently in the Baltic Sea breeze and wild geese and swans wake up on the water, your holiday can begin - with a view of the water, of course. Adjacent to the living and dining area, two terraces invite you to sunbathe. From the water terrace, you can enjoy a cool drink on comfortable sun loungers while watching sailing ships and seagulls sail by. Whether it's a shared barbecue or a romantic candlelit dinner at sunset, you'll never get tired of this sea view.

The large green lawn in front of the house offers plenty of space to linger and sunbathe. The OstseeResort Olpenitz playground and the harbour promenade are within walking distance.

The Möwenblick holiday apartment also boasts a private wellness area: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool tub with a view of the water are available for deep relaxation after a walk on the beach.

On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Holiday meals with a view of the water directly on the Schlei, pure holiday feeling.

The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to enjoy a cosy evening by the fireplace, even on cold Nordic days.

The holiday apartment's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a marvellous view of the Schlei. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north.

A further shower room on the first level provides additional comfort.

This holiday apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floors. A private car parking space and bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.

Our favourite spot: After a long day at the beach, enjoy a sundowner on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunset.
