Description

The tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on a 1,500 sqm plot in a quiet yet central location. Access is via a separate external staircase. It has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC and a balcony with a view of the garden. The house has central heating. There is a seating and barbecue area, car parking space, bicycles for hire (5 euros/day each). A cot and high chair can be provided for small children.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday apartment.

Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. The main attractions are St Peter's Church and the Dutch windmill, which can be visited. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
