The path leading from the house down to the pool, which is 15 metres long and also has something to offer sporty holidaymakers, looks majestic. The pool is easily accessible via a staircase and is covered with decorative mosaic stones. Sun loungers and deckchairs are available for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. Before you set off from the house towards the chill zone, be sure to grab your favourite drink! The covered terrace by the house is a great place to spend the evening. Another highlight here is the barbecue, which has been stylishly integrated into a natural stone wall.

A further bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, which can be reached via an open staircase. On the gallery there is another seating area with a view of the living area below. The cubic Mallorca farmhouse Maris is located just over 5 minutes by car from Ses Salines, where you will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The nearby road provides perfect connections to various places. The drive to Colònia de Sant Jordi with its beautiful Platja des Port takes about fifteen minutes. Other nearby beaches such as Can Curt, Platja de Es Carbó or Platja de es Dolç invite you to spend more varied hours by the sea.
