The rural Villa Fet A Ma has its own tennis court. In addition, there is a beautiful large garden with stone paths, a pond, lawns, palm trees, olive trees and a large pool (terrace). The owners have built the property with their own hands and a lot of love. You can feel this immediately when you drive up the driveway to the charming courtyard and the house, which is built at a 90° angle and plays with different levels, balconies and curves. There is plenty of space here to retreat or for communal living, children's play and family activities. Sit undisturbed in the romantic overgrown pavilion, watch the others swimming in the pool and enjoy the luxurious feeling of being in the centre of the action and yet completely on your own. There is also a bar with a tap at your disposal.

This is the charm of a country home for all ages: rustic, cosy, flooded with light, wood warms natural stone, functionality is paired with design and unusual extras such as the blooming light in the living room and the fireplace integrated into the colourful shelves. It's really pleasant to work, stop and chat in the rustic Spanish kitchen. You can also quickly whip up an espresso. Crystal clear: the two bedrooms on the ground floor are unbeatable. One of them impresses with a separate dressing room and access to the garden, as well as a first-class en-suite bathroom in the turret is round trump, from the window to the bathtub there are also two washbasins and a shower, perfect! And the splendid double room in the flat block next to the kitchen with a natural stone wall and fireplace guarantees nights with a heavenly atmosphere. The only downside: apart from the guest WC on the ground floor, there is only one general bathroom on the first floor, albeit with balcony access, and of course the outdoor shower.

The rural villa Fet a Ma with swimming pool and private tennis court is situated in a quiet rural location in the centre of Mallorca at the foot of the Serra de Tramontana, in a friendly villa region. The Ma-13 motorway takes you from Palma directly to the almond and wine village of Consell, from where it is only about 5 minutes to the house. There are excellent transport links to Palma and its beaches and those on the coast towards Alcúdia. Therefore, it scores with the best shopping and hiking opportunities in the area. Consell itself offers a highly acclaimed restaurant and one of the best bodegas on the island.
