Activities not to be missed whilst self-catering Croatia

- Panorama on 2 wheels: In Croatia, there are numerous cycling routes on tarmac, forest and gravel tracks alongside the coastline, in the mountains or on one of over 2,000 islands in Croatia. In Istria alone, there are 2,600km of designated cycle tracks.
- Paragliding in Croatia: Why not enjoy a paragliding jump in the region of Istria, where you can find around five well established take-off points.
- Play with the wind: Croatia offers some great sailing through rugged cliffs, small coves, uninhabited islands, white mountains and dark green oak and olive groves. There are also excellent surfing opportunities in Croatia, especially on the island of Brac.
- The captivating underwater world: You can find natural and cultural treasures below the surface of the sea. Divers can explore the underwater world including some shipwrecks, ancient treasures, corals and caves.
- River excursions: It is always a nice experience to do a rafting or canoeing trip on wild rivers, through narrow channels and down noisy waterfalls.
