Description

If you are looking for upscale relaxation, you will find your new favourite holiday home in the Jazz Ellington holiday apartment. The motto here is: Arrive and feel good.
This light-flooded oasis of well-being right next to the nature reserve welcomes you with its spacious and seamless design on one level and impressive views over the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The sheep and wild birds living in the neighbouring nature reserve can be observed here close to nature, with the sheep coming right up to the fence gate. This idyllic setting is rounded off by the view of the lighthouse. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a one-minute walk away.

The spacious living/dining area with adjoining large loggia offers a marvellous view of nature and the waves of the Baltic Sea. Natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine and underfloor heating throughout the apartment, together with the ecological construction concept of brick masonry and lime plaster, offer the highest level of living comfort. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the holiday apartment is flooded with light. The fully equipped Bosch brand kitchen offers every convenience. The open-plan design offers a view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea even when cooking. The large loggia offers a beautiful view for relaxing and dining al fresco. What more could you want for the sea?
Two bedrooms offer space for four adults to sleep and dream.

The master bedroom with a view of the Schlei is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed offers additional accommodation for one more person.

The natural stone shower room made of Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna, a large rain shower and handmade washbasins made of river stone. Here you can experience true SPA moments! A guest WC provides additional comfort.
Thanks to underfloor heating and a fireplace, the apartment is ideal for all seasons.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.

Our favourite spot: Watching the sun go down with a sundowner from the loggia. You'll never want to leave!

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
