Description

The MEERESTOCHTER penthouse flat invites its guests to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Just a few minutes' walk from Weidenfeld's sandy beach and the Baltic Sea, the MEERESTOCHTER welcomes you to its spacious and light-flooded living and dining area. Step inside and immediately gaze through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the marina, the beautiful Schleimündung estuary with its sailors and the nature reserve, and to the side at the never-ending Baltic Sea with its waves - pure fascination!

The modern and cosy furnishings with their lovingly designed maritime details will quickly make you forget everyday life. In addition to televisions and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months of the year, everything is there to make you feel completely at ease. The Bluetooth music system sets the mood with your favourite music. And once you've discovered the comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living area, you won't want to get up again in a hurry.
The integrated open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make cooking not only easier but also more fun.
And what could be nicer than enjoying your food on the adjoining spacious loggia with a view of the colourful hustle and bustle of the marina area? With the electric barbecue, barbecue fans will also get their money's worth and with a view of the sunset over the Schlei, perhaps with a glass of wine?
The two bedrooms each have a TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. You can choose between a double box-spring bed or two single box-spring beds. Whichever you choose, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep.
Furthermore, the perfectly equipped bathroom with its floor-level shower ensures pleasant comfort.

In addition to the staircase, there is also a lift to take you comfortably to your holiday apartment on the top floor.

As cycling is almost obligatory in this beautiful landscape, there is a spacious, lockable bicycle cellar right next to the underground car park (entrance height: 2m).

Our favourite spot: sitting on the loggia, looking out into the distance and listening to the waves and the wind.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
