Two east-south-facing sun terraces with a direct view of the Baltic Sea promise that holiday feeling.

The highlight is the private wellness and chill-out area. An infrared cabin with ceramic heaters and coloured light therapy as well as a whirlpool bathtub and wellness lounger, indirect lighting concepts, music and TV invite you to relax and enjoy after a walk on the beach. This wellness room, which is open to the whirlpool bath, is a real eye-catcher.

Underfloor heating under real wood parquet flooring and a wood-burning stove provide cosy warmth at any time of year.

The popular and unspoilt Weidefelder sandy beach with restaurant, kiosk, beach chairs, bathing, surf-kite, nudist and dog beach is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to take a walk along the Schönhagen cliffs, even in the darker months of the year. The flourishing harbour promenade with shopping facilities and a growing range of shops is also in the immediate vicinity.

The view from the two bedrooms as well as the living/dining area and the two terraces sweeps through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts from the north-east across the Schlei to the Danish Arö via the neighbouring Langeland and further across the Baltic Sea to Fehmarn and Kiel in the south and shows a breathtaking water backdrop. Sensational sunrises can be observed here from cosy swivel chairs. From the large terrace, the entire Weidefeld beach can be seen as far as Schönhagen.

From the beach chair on the 14.5 square metre terrace, you can watch and enjoy this dream view and the water birds even at lower temperatures, protected from the wind.

The harbour entrance with its beacons is right in front of the apartment building, so you can watch the sailing ships coming and going as they pass by. With the binoculars provided, you can also see them up close. If you love the view of the vast Baltic Sea, this is the right place for you.

On holiday, there is time for cooking together in the well-equipped, high-quality eat-in kitchen. The generous 60 litre freezer compartment also allows for quick meals or an ice cream for dessert. A Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine are also available. Enjoying holiday meals right by the Baltic Sea or a convivial barbecue evening - that's what a holiday is all about.

The cosy corner sofa in the living area invites you to relax with a view of the water. It is particularly cosy in the darker months of the year, when the Baltic Sea shows its temperament in front of the window front and the sofa invites you to enjoy a crackling open fire.

The fibre-optic connection with fast Internet and WLAN ensures premium entertainment on those Nordic, slippery days. A large selection of TV channels in the best picture quality on the large UHD TV, including Netflix, YouTube & Co. The Bose Wave system, which you can place anywhere in the flat, e.g. in the wellness room when taking a sauna or bath or in the bedrooms, ensures crystal-clear music enjoyment from CDs, digital radio etc.

Two spacious bedrooms offer space for four people. The real wood beds in Scandinavian style have an extra-high and therefore very comfortable entrance. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can also be flexibly pushed together. An additional sleeping area is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All guests can fall asleep and wake up with a sea view.

Various LED lighting concepts conjure up cosy and interesting lighting effects.

There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one in the wellness room with a whirlpool bath. Both bathrooms have natural light.

The furnishings make this flat ideal for use all year round. Whether in winter in front of the fireplace and in the sauna or in high summer in the beach chair or in the Baltic Sea waves, everything is possible.

This holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor, is barrier-free and is easily accessible by lift. The holiday apartment also has an underground parking space (entrance height: 2 m) and a shared bicycle storage room.

Our favourite place: experience breathtaking sunrises in the beach chair or from the comfortable swivel armchairs in the living area or take a sauna after a long day at the beach and then put your feet up on the wellness lounger while listening to relaxing music.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
