Description

The six non-smoking holiday apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located separately on the ground floor and upper floor of an apartment building in a central location. There is also a holiday home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 metres.
The small one-room apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a combined living area with open-plan kitchenette (seating and dining area, flat-screen TV, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a sleeping alcove with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment on the ground floor has a seating area in the entrance area. Alternatively, there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities on the 820 square metre property. There is also storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available.
The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels must be brought along. In the Ostseebad Kölpinsee a visitor's tax is payable (to be paid on site) and pets are not allowed in this property.

The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. There are also restaurants and shops, a riding stable and bicycle, boat and beach chair hire in the village.
