Description

Quietly located at the end of the village, surrounded by greenery, there are 3 large, modern vacation apartments for a total of up to 22 people on a completely fenced residential property on the upper floor of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022, which are ideal for family vacations, meetings or smaller groups. A natural swimming area at the Hofsee lake is approx. 1.5 km away and a restaurant approx. 4.50 km away, further restaurants and various shopping facilities can be found approx. 6-7 km away in Waren (Müritz).
The centrally heated (partly underfloor heating), tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment with insect screens on the bedroom windows can be reached via an open outside staircase and a shared hallway. This apartment for up to 8 people is spread over two levels and has a total of 3 bedrooms. There is a spacious living area (sofa bed & extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, music system) with open kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pad coffee machine). A bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer) and two further bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, which can be reached via an open staircase to the living area. There is a balcony in front of the entrance area. Parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, free WiFi and an outdoor area with a covered seating area, parasol and barbecue are also available to all guests. Baby equipment (crib incl. mattress, blanket, high chair) can be provided on request.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Spa tax, towels (if required). Pets are not allowed in this property.

Kargow is a small community in the Müritz National Park, which is one of the most important habitats for rare animals and plants due to its huge forest complexes, many small lakes, meadows and moors. The Müritz National Park Information Center is located in the neighbouring village of Federow (4 km), where visitors can experience the life of these rare birds of prey via a live camera in an osprey nest, etc. Of the many guided tours through the national park offered here to observe wild animals and birds, those to the crane resting places are particular highlights. Thousands of these lucky birds stop off here in spring and fall. Visitors can also explore the region themselves using the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails and by combining bus, boat and bike with the national park ticket. The region is also home to the Havel spring lakes, a popular canoeing area, and Federow has a farm with a restaurant and the only radio play church in Germany. Further restaurants and a wide range of shopping facilities can be found in the climatic health resort of Waren (Müritz), approx. 7 km away, which can be reached by bus with the Müritz-Rundum-Ticket (included in the spa card).
