Villa Penelope is a beautiful villa, less than 3 km from the sea, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The villa is an ideal size for two families, as it consists of two separate apartments, so that each family can have their privacy, but also spend nice moments together by the pool or in the villa's tavern.
On the elegantly furnished first floor of Villa Penelope there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area offers direct access to the terrace with an outdoor dining area. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor as well as a smaller living area and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Another room has been converted into a playroom for smaller children with a table and chairs.
The entire villa is only rented to one group of guests.
If you want to prepare traditional Istrian dishes, you will also find a summer kitchen in the tavern where you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family. If you are looking for entertainment, you don't have to worry because at Villa Penelope there is also table soccer, a trampoline, PlayStation 4 Pro and a beautiful large garden where the children can run around and play soccer.Villa Penelope is located in Valbandon, a tourist settlement right on the coast near the picturesque fishing village of Fazana and the beautiful city of Pula, the largest city in Istria. The name Valbandon probably comes from the Italian medieval expression 'abandonata', which means 'abandoned bay'. The proximity to Pula and Fazana, from where you can also reach the beautiful Brijuni National Park, makes Valbandon the ideal choice for a quieter family vacation with children. Valbandon is one of the two villages that make up the town of Fazana. Fazana is known for its excellent gastronomic offer: Olive oil, wine, prosciutto and sardines. Here you will also find about 60 cycling trails, some of which lead along the beautiful Adriatic coast with a view of the Brijuni National Park. There is also a 4 km long hiking trail along the coast, ideal for romantic walks with your loved one. Fazana is also a place where you can enjoy various water sports: You can rent a jet ski, speedboat, paddle boat, canoe and bicycles. You can also try windsurfing and diving. Nearby you will find the Jangalooz adventure park. Pula is the largest city on the Istrian peninsula and one of the most important tourist cities with plenty to see and explore. Pula was built by Romans in 46 b.c. Although Pula is like an ancient museum in the open, you must also visit the largest monument, the famous amphitheater from the 1st century, located close to the city center. Many events take place here, from concerts and film screenings to sporting events.
