Holiday rentals on the Turkish Riviera

Scenery

The Turkish Riviera in the south-west of Turkey is a true Mediterranean beach paradise. Here you can enjoy long white and sandy beaches and idyllic port cities. Nature also provides you with picturesque bays and romantic steep slopes which, in combination with the large metropolises, create the perfect environment for your holiday. At the foot of the Taurusu Mountains citrus fruits, bananas and cotton are grown and in the province of Kahramanmaras pepper fields can be seen. In the centre of the Mediterranean Sea coast is the port city, Antalya. This city bustles with life and offers a great variety of cultural events and restaurants. Antalya is characterized by palm tree-lined roads, a flourished night life and fabulous beaches.

West of Antalya you find a spectacular view. The Taurusu Mountains sharply rises from the sea and reaches a height of approximately 2.5km. East of Antalya you find Kap Anamur which is the most southern point of the coast. Despite the beautiful scenery, however, it is not recommended to swim near Kap Anamur as industries might have polluted the water.

Numerous historical places and towns tell us about the rich past of the country - whether it is Olympos town or the Temple of Apollo of Side. The Turkish Mediterranean Sea coast conceals treasures just waiting to be discovered.

Climate

Warm weather temperatures are guaranteed, and the incredibly 300 sunny days a year pamper both tourists and locals. Even though the temperature sometimes reaches 40C degrees in August, soft breezes freshen up the air resulting in a warm and very pleasant climate.
