Villa Terra Gialla is a newly built villa for the 2014 season. This modern interpretation of the traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, in a group of five villas. The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool area and the outdoor area is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a large infinity pool. You will also enjoy a barbecue and al-fresco dining area. The manicured garden has an irrigation system so it is always green. Inside there is a lovely open plan living area with light and large glass doors to the pool area. Upstairs there are 3 (2) bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are actually a family room divided by a sliding door with a double bed in one part and bunk beds in the other part of the bedroom. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and there is Wi-Fi internet. All in all ideal for a relaxing vacation. There is a conveniently located grocery store just 50 meters from the villas.
