Description

This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated in the hills of Calahonda is furnished and fitted to a good standard. The accommodation on the first floor consists of a lounge dining area which leads onto a south facing terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a full en suite bathroom with sea views and access onto the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a full guest bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with utility room. Equipped with optical fiber and international and national TV channels. This accommodation comes with secure underground parking. The pool for the block is on the same level and is accessed by a portal door which you can see as you exit the lift.
The exciting towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus with their designer shops and exclusive restaurants are less than a 20-minute drive away. Malaga airport is a 25-minute drive and the lovely port of Cabopino with bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away. The Calahonda area itself has many shops, bars and restaurants, some of them just a few minutes' walk away. There is a tourist train to other shops and the beach which runs on a regular schedule. There are many fantastic golf courses within a 15-minute drive.
